This is a list of all the Sector SPDRs plus iShares Telecom. In looking at the list I'm not sure how the S+P 500 is only down 0.2%. Financials, the biggest sector is down 0.4%. Tech, another biggie is down 0.6%. Consumer Discretionary is down 0.6%. Sure, heavyweight Altria is up a lot but wow, this is a weird day so far.

What Am I Missing?

Is it possible for a heavily traded ETF such as SPY to trade at a level different than its underlying value, similar to a closed-end fund?
